In line with our growth strategy, we have completed the acquisition of an industrial building within the FINSA Guadalupe park, with an investment of $7.7 million . The transaction was carried out with the real estate company Hacienda Loma Larga , which acted as the seller of the property.

The building has a total occupancy of 100% , housing two US-owned companies dedicated to:

• Manufacture of cardboard boxes

• Production of ornaments

With this transaction, we consolidate our leadership in Nuevo León , where we currently have:

• 6 industrial parks : Monterrey, Monterrey Apodaca II, Guadalupe, Santa Catarina, Santa Catarina II and Smart Park Escobedo

• 5 additional locations

• 96 companies hosted

• More than 33,000 jobs created in the state

In particular, FINSA Guadalupe has established itself as a key industrial hub, with:

• 228 hectares of land

• 32 companies established

• 14,200 jobs created
