FINSA announces a new industrial park, the first in García, Nuevo León.

As part of its vision for sustainable growth and national development, FINSA announced the construction of a new industrial park in García, which has become an emerging investment hub. This area already houses operations for world-class companies such as Johnson Controls, Mercedes-Benz Buses, Liebherr, and Frisa.

The FINSA Monterrey García Industrial Park will be the first large-scale industrial park in the municipality and will be developed in two stages, reaching a total of 92 hectares.

In this competitive environment, FINSA projects the arrival of more than 25 Triple-A companies, which will boost the region's competitiveness, strengthen the economy, and open up new job opportunities in one of the country's most dynamic industrial corridors.

The project in question will generate more than 14,000 direct jobs, in addition to thousands of indirect jobs with a positive impact on the local community.

Project highlights

The FINSA Monterrey García Industrial Park is part of a new generation of sustainable industrial developments, guided by quality standards and environmental responsibility.

1.- Clean and sustainable industry

Designed exclusively for light and non-polluting industries, integrating high environmental standards.

2.- Development planned in phases

The first phase of construction will cover 45 hectares, while the second phase will cover an additional 47 hectares.

Upon completion of both phases, the park will house a rentable area of 370,000 square meters, distributed across 17 industrial buildings designed to serve the light manufacturing and logistics industries.

3.- World-class infrastructure

It will be the largest industrial park in the municipality and a benchmark for orderly, modern, and responsible infrastructure.

4.- Attracting strategic investment

More than 25 companies from sectors such as light manufacturing and logistics are expected to arrive.

Regarding the announcement, Sergio Argüelles González, President and CEO of FINSA, highlighted:

“This development reaffirms our commitment to positioning García as a strategic point in Nuevo León's industrial corridor. Its high labor availability and excellent connectivity to the main roads to the United States border and the interior of the country make this municipality a strategic location for high-value-added industries.”

With this new project, FINSA adds its seventh industrial park in Nuevo León, reaching more than 740 hectares of industrial land in the Monterrey metropolitan area.

This new development consolidates FINSA's ability to meet the country's growing demand for industrial infrastructure, maintaining its focus on sustainable planning and regional competitiveness. With a track record spanning nearly five decades and a presence in key industrial markets, the developer continues to expand its network of strategic projects to meet national and international investment needs.
