FINSA Lays First Stone of Industrial Park in García, covering 92 hectares with an investment of 20 million dollars

The industrial transformation of Nuevo León continues to advance, driven by the opportunities generated by nearshoring. In this context, the first stone of FINSA Industrial Park García was laid, a 92-hectare project with an investment of 220 million dollars that will contribute to the economic and social development of the region.

Located in García, one of the municipalities with the highest industrial growth in the state, the new park is designed to host more than 25 national and international companies, leaders in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, logistics, electronics, medical, and metalworking.

The project is estimated to generate more than 14,000 direct jobs, expanding job opportunities for thousands of families in García and the metropolitan area.

With world-class infrastructure

FINSA Parque Industrial García responds to the growing demand for modern and sustainable industrial spaces. To achieve this, it incorporates high-level infrastructure, including the availability of 30,000 kVA of energy, photovoltaic systems, a water treatment and reuse plant, wide roadways, and recreational areas that promote a safe and efficient work environment.

These features aim to offer solutions that allow companies to improve their operational performance while reducing their environmental impact.

Boost to regional development

During the groundbreaking ceremony, Sergio Argüelles, Executive President and Chairman of the Board of FINSA, highlighted the impact of this investment:

Sustainable growth is built through collaboration between the private sector and the government, creating the conditions that allow companies to invest with certainty. ", he pointed out.

The Mayor of García, Manuel Guerra Cavazos, also participated in the event, reaffirming the administration's commitment to industrial growth.

First inventory building under construction

As part of this development, FINSA announced the start of construction of its first Inventory Building within the park. With an area of 28,573 square meters, an additional investment of 26 million dollars, and LEED certification, it will be available during the first quarter of 2027.

This project was designed with the highest standards of efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance, and is part of the company's growth strategy to expand its portfolio of high-quality industrial assets in key markets of the country.
