We recently acquired an industrial warehouse located within the Santa Fe Tecnopark II park, currently operated as a distribution center for OXXO , the largest convenience store chain in Mexico. This transaction represented an investment of over $425 million pesos and is part of our growth strategy focused on high-value logistics assets.
This acquisition is a result of our focus on operating industrial properties occupied by high-profile tenants , allowing us to consolidate our Fund V portfolio, increase our return on investment, and remain at the forefront of the sector.
With this new property, we now have over 320,000 m² of built-up industrial space in Aguascalientes, where we also contribute to the creation of more than 9,000 jobs . This transaction strengthens our presence in a key region for national logistics development.
Aguascalientes has positioned itself as a strategic point within the Bajío region, thanks to its geographic location , road and rail connectivity , and highly skilled workforce . These conditions make it an ideal environment for logistics operations, distribution, and advanced manufacturing.
Furthermore, the state continues to attract investment from multiple sectors, driven by its proximity to consumer and export centers, as well as the steady growth of the e-commerce market and the demand for modern industrial space.
