FINSA announced the start of development of its most recent project: Smart Park FINSA Escobedo, an industrial space designed to meet the demands of the logistics and light manufacturing sectors in Nuevo León.

This space will become a nerve center for companies seeking to maximize their operational efficiency, and will be located in the municipality of Escobedo.

With this new space, FINSA consolidates its position as the leading developer of industrial parks in the state of Nuevo León with 597 hectares and 2,011 at the national level, which reaffirms its prominent position in the sector.

The new industrial park covers an area of 15 hectares and will have three sustainable buildings that will cover a roofed area of 7.5 hectares. It is estimated that up to nine companies in the logistics and light manufacturing sectors will be able to establish themselves in Smart Park FINSA Escobedo, generating more than 1,500 direct jobs.

It is worth noting that the progress of the work will take place in the fourth quarter of 2024, with a projected completion date for the second quarter of 2025. The estimated absorption time of the project is 18 months.
