FINSA, one of Mexico’s leading industrial real estate developers, recently participated in the European Trade Mission led by Invest Monterrey, the official investment promotion agency for the state of Nuevo León. The mission marked a key effort to attract foreign direct investment and reinforce Nuevo León's position as a strategic gateway to North America.

The delegation included representatives from key sectors and companies such as American Industries, Banco Base, Beyond Logistics, Collectron, Dimsa, and Holland & Knight, with whom FINSA joined forces to promote the region’s strengths in advanced manufacturing, innovation, logistics infrastructure, and skilled workforce development.

The business outreach took place across France, Belgium, Sweden, and Spain, where meetings and specialized seminars were held with industry leaders, economic development agencies, and potential investors.

FINSA was represented by Santiago Argüelles and Dipl.-Ing. Nicole Felix Félix, who took part in high-level discussions focused on showcasing Mexico’s capabilities and strategic advantages for international companies seeking to expand in North America.
