In 2010, we became the FIRST industrial developer in Mexico to earn the Environmental Quality certification issued by PROFEPA.

In 2008, we completed a top-of-the-line industrial project in the state of Nuevo Leon and became the FIRST industrial developer in Mexico to earn the LEED Gold certification.

We are the leaders in LEED certified industrial projects in the country, adding up to 6% of total national certifications.

All of our new inventory buildings are LEED certified, making them energy efficient to help our clients achieve their operational goals:

• Landscape and irrigation systems are designed to reduce over 50% of total water consumption.
• The water-related systems are designed to lessen drinking water consumption by at least 30%.
• Projects are designed to cut-down between 20% to 30% of energy use comparing it to the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 standard.
• Mechanical ventilation in buildings lower chemical contaminants improving indoor air quality.
